REGISTERING TO VOTE
To register to vote, you must meet the following criteria:
∑ Be a U.S. Citizen
∑ Be a resident of Hardeman County, TN
∑ Be at least 18 years old on or before the next election;
∑ Not have been convicted of a felony or had your rights restored
Note: You do not register to vote in Tennessee by political party affiliation, however, if you vote in a Primary Election you must declare which partyís primary you wish to vote in.

Voter registration forms for new registrations, including changing your address from one county to another, must be hand-delivered or mailed to the Election Commission.† These forms cannot be accepted by fax.
